With his artistic spirit and eye for detail, Andrei has been wowing London’s tastebuds with his cocktail creations for a decade. Working in famous London bars over the last few years, Andrei came to London from sunny Colombia and, thanks to his Latin American background, is our resident rum expert.
Having studied Fine Arts before he decided to turn his creativity to cocktails, Andrei spends his free time painting or indulging in a spot of photography. Which means that, along with its delicious flavours, you can also count on your order looking breathtakingly beautiful.
Inspired by the fresh flavours and cool elegance of her native Italy, Chiara’s cocktails are gaining a fan club all their own. A former tour guide, linguist, waitress and receptionist, our very own Renaissance woman was discovered when she was working at the front desk of San Gennaro in Battersea.
Studying the art of bartending , Chiara turned out to be a natural mixologist and has now been behind the bar at Roast since 2009. In typical Italian spirit, Chiara loves Campari and Aperol, so If you’re looking for a refreshing aperitif before your meal, you know who to ask.

Classically trained in bartending and cocktail making, Martin’s a dab hand at the latest mixes, as well as old favourites and a few creations of his own. Non-drinkers and younger diners will love Martin’s artful virgin cocktails, packed full of flavour, just bar the booze.
